Many a times in our life we feel the presence of dark thundering
clouds looming over us blocking the sunlight and creating an aura of gloominess
and depression. We shake ourselves and the surrounding attempting to create
holes for sunlight to stream through. At times we find success, at times we
fail.
To reach out to
further avenues of bright sunshine, recently at MRV we invited Mr. Manoj Lekhi
to conduct a workshop on 'Magic of Gratitude'. He introduced new logic,
dimensions of thinking to us. He gave us the magic mantra: 'I love you, Thank
you, I am sorry, Please forgive me' to practice.
Thus when we clear the blockages within us, forgive others, let bygones be bygones, we open ourselves to
new vibrations. This philosophy has been
stated by the science of neuroscience and quantum physics. At the end of the
workshop all felt light and happy, but my scientific mind did not stop there,
it wanted deeper science. So I researched and stated below are my research
links which helped me validate the learning’s.
One of the key
principles of quantum physics is that our thoughts determine reality. For
example: electrons under the same conditions would sometimes act like
particles, and then at other times they would switch to acting like waves
(formless energy), because it was completely dependent on what the observer
expected was going to happen. Whatever the observer believed would
occur is what the quantum field did. That meant that I could view the
circumstance as an opportunity or an obstacle and align my forces in either
direction.

After going
through the video, I felt I needed to understand quantum physics. So what is

If all this is
true and the power of our life lies with us, then why do we choose to be
unhappy? Why do we choose to be negative? Why do we let other people influence
our mode of thinking?
We really should introspect for ourselves and be a little selfish so
that we are happy.
We truly need to
let the positivist within us surface, experience life for it truly is and allow
ourselves to open up to visions of a beautiful today and spread the joy of
happiness as we were meant to.
